Our Mission
To create and promote greater awareness of the need for early detection and preventative measures to reduce the incidence of cancer through education, service and advocacy.
The Trinidad and Tobago Cancer Society, a non-profit organization, is actively involved in the fight against cancer through screening to facilitate early detection, education to increase public awareness of the disease, social counseling and psychological support and welfare assistance. The Society has expanded its services, with the generous support of corporate citizens, to include palliative care to terminally ill cancer patients at the newly opened hospice, Vitas House Limited.
